Return & Refund Policy

At Kangaroo Wellness Co, we are confident in the results our products deliver when used as directed.

Usage Protocol For best results, our products must be used according to the following protocol:

• Drink 1.5-2 litres of water daily
• Take 10 scoops (2g each) per day — 20g total
• Follow a 5 days on, 2 days off cycle
• Each pouch is our "1 Week Supply" size and covers the 5 active dosing days in that cycle

Change of mind Because this is a consumable wellness product designed to be used as part of an ongoing protocol, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind once a pouch has been opened.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or is not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of whether the product has been opened.
